Pamela began working with M.J. Schuetz in 2014, and has over 18 years of insurance experience. She is a graduate of Harrison College, FKA Indiana Business College, and holds a degree in Accounting and Business/Management. She also attended several drama courses at DePauw University. Pamela holds the CISR designation, and is a Notary Public. She is currently working towards becoming fluent in American Sign Language.

Allen Miller, Customer Service Technician
Allen has been with MJ Schuetz since January of 2019. He graduated from Ball State University in December of 2019 with a degree in Insurance and Risk Management. He also has a minor in Marketing from Ball State. While Allen was in High School, he was involved in a bad car accident. After that accident was when he really saw and understood the need to have good insurance. Since that incident, Allen has developed a passion to help others, share what he has learned and help protect families for when the unexpected happens.
